The present invention relates to a roller assembly of a slide type door and, more specifically, to a roller assembly capable of reducing manufacturing costs as well as improving convenience in installation and usage by enabling compatible installation regardless of indoor and outdoor shapes or structures of a slide type door on a variety of furniture such as a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a display cabinet and the like. The roller assembly, which is engaged and fixed with an inner surface of a slide type door to enable a roller to be smoothly slid along a rail of a window frame, comprises: a plate-shaped fixing plate engaged and fixed with the slide type door; a housing engaged and fixed with one side of the fixing plate as an integrated body, and having an open upper part; a roller supporter elastically installed by a pair of springs in the housing to be lifted up and down and having a center part axially coupled with the roller as a rotary shaft, and including departure prevention units provided on both sides of an upper part, while having a fixing groove on one side; a locking means provided on one side of the housing and the fixing plate, having a fixing pin inserted into the fixing groove of the roller supporter while being slid laterally, and controlling the roller supporter by operating the fixing pin in either direction of the fixing plate or the housing; and a height control means provided in a lower part of the housing and the fixing plate, and axially coupling an operation cam formed of an eccentric cam with a control shaft, thereby controlling the height of the roller in accordance with the lifting operation of the roller supporter by rotating the control shaft in either direction of the fixing plate or the housing.

본 발명은 슬라이드식 도어의 롤러 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 장롱, 서랍장, 장식장 등 각종 가구에서와 같이 슬라이드식으로 이루어지는 도어의 인도어(in door) 및 아웃도어(out door)의 형태나 구조에 관계없이 호환성있게 설치가 가능토록 함으로써 제조비용의 절감과 더불어, 설치성 및 사용의 편리성을 향상시키도록 한 것이다. 이는 슬라이드식 도어의 내측면에 체결고정되어 창틀의 레일을 따라 롤러가 원활하게 슬라이드 되도록 하는 롤러 어셈블리로서, 슬라이드식 도어에 체결고정되는 판체형의 고정판; 상기 고정판의 일면에 일체형으로 체결고정되고, 상부가 개구되는 하우징; 상기 하우징내에서 한 쌍의 스프링에 의해 탄력설치되어 상,하 승강작동되면서 중심부에는 롤러가 회전축으로 축결합되고, 상부의 양측에는 이탈방지구가 구비됨과 동시에, 일측면에는 고정홈을 가지는 롤러지지대; 상기 고정판과 하우징의 일측에 구비되고, 좌우 슬라이드 작동되면서 롤러지지대의 고정홈으로 삽탈되는 고정핀을 가지며, 고정판 및 하우징의 어느 방향에서도 고정핀을 작동시켜 롤러지지대를 제어토록 하는 록킹수단; 상기 고정판과 하우징의 하부에 구비되고, 편심캠으로 이루어지는 작동캠을 조절축으로 축결합시켜, 고정판 및 하우징의 어느 방향에서도 조절축을 회전작동시켜 롤러지지대의 승강작동에 따른 롤러의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 높낮이 조절수단;을 갖추어 구성한 것이다.
