APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING OF PAVEMENT FREEZING
Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing pavement freezing. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preventing pavement freezing comprises: a heating wire unit provided to be installed on a road; a power supply unit provided to supply a current to the heating wire unit; and a switch unit provided to turn on or off the power supply unit. The switch unit includes: a cylindrical cylinder having an open upper portion, storing water therein, and having a first contact portion formed on an outer side of an upper portion thereof and electrically connected to the heating wire unit; a piston installed to surround the upper portion of the cylinder, raised or lowered with respect to the cylinder depending on changes in the shape of the stored water, having a second contact portion formed in a lower portion thereof and electrically connected to the power supply unit, and having a weight installed in an upper portion thereof; and a plurality of raising and lowering guide parts formed on the contact surface between the cylinder and the piston to correspond to each other, and formed to rotate and raise or lower the piston with respect to the cylinder when the volume expands due to freezing of the stored water to contact the first contact portion with the second contact portion, and rotating and lowering the piston by the load of the weight when the freezing of the stored water is cancelled to release the first contact portion from the second contact portion. According to the present invention, the apparatus allows the piston to rise according to the volume expansion caused by the freezing of the water stored in the cylinder when the temperature drops below zero, and allows a current to be supplied to the heating wire unit when the piston rises to generate heat, preventing freezing of a road, thereby quickly responding to road freezing without additional management personnel in the case of a drop in temperature in winter or an unexpected cold snap.
도로 결빙방지장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 도로 결빙방지장치는, 도로에 설치되도록 마련되는 열선부; 상기 열선부에 전류를 공급할 수 있도록 마련되는 전원공급부; 상기 전원공급부를 온 또는 오프 동작시킬 수 있도록 마련되는 스위치부;를 포함하며, 상기 스위치부는, 상부가 개방되고 내부에 저장수가 저장되며 상기 열선부와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 접점부가 상부 외측에 형성되는 원기둥 형상의 실린더; 상기 실린더의 상부를 감싸도록 설치되고, 상기 저장수의 형태 변화에 따라 실린더에 대해 승강 동작되며, 상기 전원공급부와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 접점부가 하부에 형성되고, 상부에 무게추가 설치되는 피스톤; 및 상기 실린더와 상기 피스톤의 접촉면에 서로 대응되도록 다수 형성되고, 상기 저장수의 결빙에 의한 부피 팽창시 실린더에 대해 피스톤을 회전 승강시켜 제1 접점부와 제2 접점부를 접점시키고, 상기 저장수의 결빙 해제시 무게추의 자중에 의해 피스톤을 회전 하강시켜 제1 접점부와 제2 접점부를 접점 해제시키도록 형성되는 승강 안내부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기온이 영하로 떨어지는 경우 실린더 내에 저장된 저장수의 결빙으로 인한 부피 팽창에 따라 피스톤이 상승되고, 피스톤의 상승시 열선부에 전류가 공급되어 발열되는 일련의 동작에 의해 도로의 결빙을 방지함으로써, 겨울철 기온 저하 또는 예기치 못한 한파시 별도의 관리 인력없이도 도로의 결빙에 신속하게 대응할 수 있다.

Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing pavement freezing. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preventing pavement freezing comprises: a heating wire unit provided to be installed on a road; a power supply unit provided to supply a current to the heating wire unit; and a switch unit provided to turn on or off the power supply unit.
