The present invention provides an apparatus for preventing a body from being caught that can be detached from a door and a door frame, which includes: shielding parts in which a plurality of plates and folding parts are alternately arranged in succession, and bending and relaxation are repeated around the folding parts; and binding means including female parts coupled to both ends of the shielding part and male parts coupled to the door and the door frame so that the female parts and the male parts can be coupled to each other. According to the present invention, the binding means are formed on the apparatus for preventing a body from being caught, the door, and the door frame, respectively, and the female and male parts are configured, so the apparatus for preventing the body from being caught can be easily detached and damage to the door and the door frame can be minimized.
본 발명은 복수의 플레이트와 접철부가 교번하여 연속으로 배치되며, 접철부를 중심으로 굴곡 및 이완이 반복되도록 하는 차폐부; 및 상기 차폐부의 양단에 결합되는 암부와, 도어와 도어틀에 결합되는 수부로 구성되어 암부와 수부의 결합이 가능하도록 구현된 결착수단; 을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도어와 도어틀에 대하여 착탈이 가능한 신체끼임 방지장치를 제공한다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 신체끼임 방지장치와 도어 및 도어틀에 각각 결착수단을 형성하되, 암수 구성이 되도록 함으로써, 신체끼임 방지장치의 착탈을 용이하게 하고, 동시에 도어와 도어틀의 손상을 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
