Binding device for Vegetation Wire Mesh and Construction Method
The present invention relates to a binding device for a vegetation wire mesh, and a construction method thereof. More specifically, a vegetation wire mesh installed in multiple stages can be rapidly and firmly fastened to a fastening plate, a reinforcement material is connected to a rear bolt of the fastening plate, and a rear end of the reinforcement material is fixated and installed to a coupler of a front wall or a cut slope to block front bulging of the vegetation wire mesh. The present invention has the fastening plate which is a zinc-plated steel sheet, as a U-shape, and having front and rear bolt holes penetrating an upper surface and a lower surface, and a bolt and a nut are fastened to the front and rear bolt holes of the fastening plate to divide an inner space into a front side and a rear side. Moreover, the bolt and the nut are fastened to be fixated after a vertical steel wire of an upper end of a single-stage vegetation wire mesh and a vertical steel wire of a lower end of a second-stage vegetation wire mesh are inserted into the front inner space in a parallel state, and a front end of the reinforcement material is connected to the rear bolt of the fastening plate to be pulled rearward to be fixated. In addition, a rear end of the reinforcement material is continuously and repetitively connected and installed to the rear bolt of the other fastening plate.
본 발명은 식생 철망용 결속장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 다단으로 설치되는 식생 철망을 결속판으로 신속하고 견고하게 결속 가능하며, 결속판의 후방 볼트에 보강재를 연결하고, 보강재의 후단을 전면 벽체나 절토사면의 커플러에 고정 설치하여 식생 철망의 전면 배나옴 현상을 차단하는 것이다. 이는 아연도금 강판으로 U자 형태이면서 상면과 하면을 관통하는 전/후방 볼트공을 갖는 결속판을 형성하고, 상기 결속판의 전후방 볼트공에 볼트와 너트를 체결하여 내부 공간을 전방과 후방으로 분할하며, 상기 전방 내부공간에 1단 식생 철망의 상단 세로방향철선과 2단 식생 철망의 하단 세로방향철선을 수평 상태로 삽입한 후 볼트와 너트를 체결하여 고정하고, 상기 결속판의 후방 볼트에 보강재의 선단을 연결하여 후방으로 잡아당겨 고정하며, 보강재의 후단을 다른 결속판의 후방 볼트에 연속 반복적으로 연결 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
