APPARATUS FOR REMOVING IMPURITIY OF CEMENT KILN DUST AND METHOD THEREFOR
An apparatus for removing impurities from cement kiln dust and a method for removing impurities are disclosed, wherein the impurity removal apparatus includes: a washing water tank in which washing water for washing raw materials is stored; a reaction tank for receiving and mixing the raw materials and washing water; a centrifugal separator for solid-liquid separation of the mixture of raw materials and washing water into particles and an extract; and a dryer for drying the solid-liquid separated particles in the centrifugal separator.
시멘트 킬른 더스트의 불순물 제거 장치 및 불순물 제거 방법이 소개된다. 이 중에서 불순물 제거 장치는 원료를 세척하기 위한 수세수가 저장된 수세수 탱크와, 원료 및 수세수를 공급받아 혼합시키는 반응조와, 원료 및 수세수가 혼합된 혼합물을 입자와 추출액으로 고액 분리하는 원심 분리기와, 원심 분리기에서 고액 분리된 입자를 건조시키는 건조기를 포함할 수 있다.
