The present invention discloses a mortise assembly capable of automatically releasing a dead bolt and a latch bolt by excluding a handle structure from a front body. The mortise assembly of the present invention comprises: a mortis body provided with a dead bolt and a latch bolt; an operating member connected to the motor to automatically retract the dead bolt; and a latch lever connected to the operating member to release the fixed state of the latch bolt when the operating member is rotated. The operating member includes a latch interlocking gear installed coaxially with a driven gear connected to the motor unit and gear-connected to the latch lever. When the operating member is rotated by the motor unit, the operating member and the latch lever are rotated to release the fixed state of the dead bolt and the latch bolt.

본 발명은 프론트 바디에 핸들 구조체를 배제하고 데드볼트와 래치볼트를 자동으로 해정시킬 수 있는 모티스 조립체를 개시한다. 본 발명은 데드볼트와 래치볼트가 구비된 모티스 본체; 모터부에 연결되어 상기 데드볼트를 자동으로 인입시키는 작동부재; 및 상기 작동부재에 연결되어 상기 작동부재가 회전되면 상기 래치볼트의 고정상태를 해제하는 래치레버를 포함하고, 상기 작동부재는, 상기 모터부와 기어연결된 종동기어와 동축상에 설치되어 상기 래치레버와 기어 연결된 래치연동기어를 포함하여, 상기 작동부재가 상기 모터부에 의해 회전하면 상기 작동부재와 상기 래치레버를 회전시켜 상기 데드볼트와 상기 래치볼트의 고정상태를 해제하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
