The present invention relates to a functional submerged bridge which can be easily applied to a small river. According to the present invention, the functional submerged bridge comprises: a first submerged bridge unit provided on one side of a river to be lifted and lowered; and a second submerged bridge unit provided to be independent of the first submerged bridge unit, connected to the first submerged bridge unit on the other side of the river, and provided to be lifted and lowered. Both the first and second submerged bridge units include: a bridge unit deck part provided to allow people to walk thereon; a unit lifting and lowering part which is connected to a lower portion of the bridge unit deck part, and lifts and lowers the bridge unit deck part; and a foldable handrail provided on the bridge unit deck part.
기능성 잠수교에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 기능성 잠수교는, 하천의 일측에 승하강 구동이 가능하게 마련되는 제1 잠수교 교량유닛; 및 상기 제1 잠수교 교량유닛과 독립적으로 마련되되 상기 하천의 타측에서 상기 제1 잠수교 교량유닛과 연결되며, 승하강 구동이 가능하게 마련되는 제2 잠수교 교량유닛을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 잠수교 교량유닛은 모두가, 보행이 가능하게 마련되는 교량유닛 상판부; 상기 교량유닛 상판부의 하부에 연결되며, 상기 교량유닛 상판부를 승하강 구동시키는 유닛 승하강 구동부; 및 상기 교량유닛 상판부에 마련되는 접이식 핸드레일을 포함한다.
