The present invention relates to a center roller unit of a sliding door for a vehicle, which is able to, when a door of the vehicle is opened, allow the door to be opened while broadening toward a rear side, and to prevent interference which can occur because of the tuning of the vehicle or the like. In accordance with the present invention, the center roller unit of the sliding door for the vehicle comprises: a bracket which is fixed on the inner side of the door to form a space opened toward a front side; a rotary arm axially engaged with one end of the bracket to be inserted into a space of the bracket or to be unfolded as it rotates horizontally; a spring whose one end hangs on the bracket and whose other end hangs on the rotary arm to allow the rotary arm to be broadened from the bracket; and a roller arm fixed on an end of the rotary arm to have a large number of center rollers on a front end to make a rolling motion along a center rail. Thanks to such a structure, the present invention has effects in which, when the door is opened, the door′s read end is broadened by the rotary arm which rotates and protrudes/disappears from the bracket, and the door is smoothly opened without the interference between a protruding tire and a fender and the door.
본 발명은 차량의 도어 개방 시 도어가 후방을 향해 벌어지면서 개방되도록 하여 차량의 튜닝 등으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 간섭을 방지하는 차량용 슬라이딩 도어의 센터 롤러 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 도어의 내측에 고정 설치되며 정면으로 개구된 공간을 형성한 브라켓; 브라켓의 일단에 축 결합되어 수평으로 회동함에 따라 브라켓의 공간에 삽입되거나 펼쳐지는 회동 아암; 일단은 브라켓에 걸림되고 타단은 회동 아암에 걸림되어 브라켓으로부터 회동 아암이 벌어지도록 하는 스프링; 및 회동 아암의 말단에 고정되며 선단에 센터 레일을 따라 구름 운동하는 다수의 센터 롤러가 설치되는 롤러 아암; 을 포함한다. 이러한 구조로 이루어진 본 발명은 브라켓으로부터 회동하며 출몰되는 회동 아암에 의해 도어 개방 시 도어 후단이 벌어진 상태로 개방되기 때문에 돌출된 타이어 및 휀더와 도어의 간섭 없이 원할하게 개방되는 효과가 있다.
