The present invention comprises: a parking blocking case formed in perpendicular to the ground surface; a parking blocking bar fixated and coupled to be rotatable to one side of the parking blocking case to block parking of a vehicle; a driving motor installed inside the parking blocking case to rotate the parking blocking bar; a beam projector mounted in an upper end in a longitudinal direction of the parking blocking bar to project a predetermined beam; and a control unit controlling driving of the driving motor and the beam projector. Therefore, the present invention blocks parking and projects an image to attract attention of a driver of the vehicle which goes in and out.
본 발명은 지면과 수직으로 형성된 주차 차단 케이스, 상기 주차 차단 케이스의 일측에 회전가능하게 고정결합되어 차량의 주차를 차단하는 주차 차단봉, 상기 주차 차단 케이스 내부에 설치되어 상기 주차 차단봉을 회전시키는 구동 모터, 상기 주차 차단봉의 길이 방향으로 상단에 장착되어 소정의 빔을 투사하는 빔 프로젝터, 상기 구동 모터 및 상기 빔 프로젝터의 구동을 제어하는 제어유닛을 포함하여, 주차 차단 뿐만 아니라 영상을 투사하여 입출차를 하는 차량 운전자의 이목을 끌 수 있는 광고 등을 게시할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
