A method for bonding aluminum oxide-based ceramics according to the present invention includes: a step of preparing a bonding material in which a solid component is made of aluminum and at least one oxide; an application step of supplying the bonding material between ceramic molded bodies including aluminum oxide; and a step of heat-treating the ceramic molded bodies and the bonding material. In the heat treatment step, aluminum of the bonding material is oxidized, and the bonding material and the molded bodies are sintered. There is an advantage in that a bonding layer having excellent physical properties such as strength can be manufactured.
본 발명에 의한 산화알루미늄계 세라믹스 접합 방법은 고상성분이 알루미늄과 1종 이상의 산화물로 이루어지는 접합재를 준비하는 단계; 상기 접합재를 산화 알루미늄을 포함하는 세라믹 성형체 사이에 공급하는 도포 단계; 및 상기 세라믹 성형체 및 접합재를 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 열처리 단계는 상기 접합재의 알루미늄을 산화시키고 상기 접합재와 성형체를 소결하는 것으로, 강도 등의 물성이 우수한 접합층을 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
