According to the present invention, provided is a microbubble generator for a vehicle-mounted microbubble cleaning apparatus, comprising: a rotary shearing mixer stirrer (100) including a rotor protruding from an upper side in a circular form, and including a ring-shaped primary rotor having slits formed therein at regular intervals, and a secondary rotor protruding at a predetermined distance apart from the primary rotor and having slits formed therein, and a stator protruding from the upper side in a circular form, and comprising a primary stator placed between the primary and secondary rotors and comprising slits formed therein at regular intervals and a secondary stator placed on contours of the secondary rotor and having slits formed therein, to be opposed to and coupled with the rotor; a vortex multistage collision plate (200) including a primary collision plate having slits and collision surfaces formed therein at regular intervals, and a secondary collision plate placed opposite the primary collision plate, and having slits and collision surfaces placed to be dislocated with the slits and collision surfaces of the primary collision plate; and a collapse nozzle (300) having a multistage pipe structure comprising a plurality of pipes connected through a joint, and having protrusions formed in each of the pipes to be dislocated from each other to disturb the flow of fluids such that bubbles collapse due to the fluids causing a collision while rotating. The rotary shearing mixer stirrer, the vortex multistage collision plate and the collapse nozzle are connected in series. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the corrosion of a structure and improving durability.
본 발명은 원형으로 상면에 돌출형성되며, 슬릿이 일정 간격으로 형성된 환상의 1차회전자와 상기 1차회전자와 일정간격 이격되어 돌출형성되며 슬릿이 형성된 2차회전자를 포함하는 회전자; 및 원형으로 상면에 돌출형성되며, 상기 1차회전자와 2차 회전자 사이에 배치되고 슬릿이 일정간격으로 형성된 1차고정자와 상기 2차회전자의 외곽에 배치되고 슬릿이 일정간격 형성된 2차 고정자가 형성되어 상기 회전자와 대향하여 결합되는 고정자를 포함하는 회전전단 믹서 교반기(100); 일정한 간격으로 형성된 슬릿 및 충돌면을 구비한 1차 충돌판; 상기 1차 충돌판과 마주보게 배치되고, 상기 1차 충돌판의 슬릿 및 충돌면과 어긋나도록 배치된 슬릿 및 충돌판을 구비한 2차 충돌판을 포함하는 보텍스 다단충돌판(200); 및 조인트로 연결되는 복수의 파이프로 이루어진 다단파이프 구조이고, 각 파이프 마다 내부에 유체의 흐름을 방해하도록 돌기가 상호 어긋나도록 형성되어 유체가 회전하면서 충돌을 일으켜 기포가 붕괴되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전충돌 붕괴노즐(300)이 일련하여 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재형 미세기포 세척장치용 미세기포 발생장치를 제공한다.

According to the present invention, provided is a microbubble generator for a vehicle-mounted microbubble cleaning apparatus, comprising: a rotary shearing mixer stirrer (100) including a rotor protruding from an upper side in a circular form, and including a ring-shaped primary rotor having slits formed therein at regular intervals, and a secondary rotor protruding at a predetermined distance apart from the primary rotor and having slits formed therein, and a stator protruding from the upper side in a circular form, and comprising a primary stator placed between the primary and secondary rotors and comprising slits formed therein at regular intervals and a secondary stator placed on contours of the secondary rotor and having slits formed therein, to be opposed to and coupled with the rotor; a vortex multistage collision plate (200) including a primary collision plate having slits and collision surfaces formed therein at regular intervals, and a secondary collision plate placed opposite the primary collision plate, and having slits and collision surfaces placed to be dislocated with the slits and collision surfaces of the primary collision plate; and a collapse nozzle (300) having a multistage pipe structure comprising a plurality of pipes connected through a joint, and having protrusions formed in each of the pipes to be dislocated from each other to disturb the flow of fluids such that bubbles collapse due to the fluids causing a collision while rotating. The rotary shearing mixer stirrer, the vortex multistage collision plate and the collapse nozzle are connected in series. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the corrosion of a structure and improving durability.
