The present invention relates to a ceiling panel which forms the circumference of a screw passing hole to be tapered to correspond to the shape of the head of a screw to prevent the head of a piece from being exposed out of a ceiling panel and tightly fix the head of the piece on a piece passing hole without a gap. The ceiling panel is formed in a flat plate type with a metal material and the outer surface of the ceiling panel is bent upwards to have a bending part. The bending part is tightly attached to the bottom surface of an M-bar and a space is formed between the M-bar and the ceiling panel. At least one screw fastening hole for allowing a fixing screw to pass therethrough is formed through the ceiling panel. A tapered part is formed on the circumference of the screw fastening hole to correspond to the head of the fixing screw to tightly attach the head of the fixing screw to the screw fastening hole without a gap.
본 발명은 나사 통과구멍의 주연부를 나사의 헤드부의 형상에 대응하도록 테이퍼지게 형성하여 피스의 헤드부가 천장패널의 외부로 노출되지 않으면서도 피스의 헤드부가 피스 통과구멍에 유격없이 밀착 고정될 수 있도록 한 천장패널에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 천장패널은 금속 재질로 평판의 플레이트 타입으로 성형되며 그 외곽면은 상향으로 절곡시켜 밴딩부가 구성되도록 하며, 상기 밴딩부는 상기 엠바의 바닥면에 밀착되며 상기 엠바와 상기 천장패널의 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 하며, 상기 천장패널에는 상기 고정나사가 통과하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 나사 체결구멍을 관통 형성하되, 상기 나사 체결구멍의 주연부에는 상기 고정나사의 머리부에 대응하도록 테이퍼부가 형성되도록 하여, 상기 고정나사의 머리부가 이격없이 상기 나사 체결구멍에 밀착될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
