The present invention relates to a cement kiln which gasifies and burns waste plastics discarded using a plasma combustion system through pyrolysis of the waste plastics to reduce fuel consumption by supplying an additional heat source to a preheating tower attached to the cement kiln, and comprises an alternative fuel gasification and combustion device capable of continuous and economical operation by reducing the generation of harmful gases and tars due to plastic combustion. The present invention provides a cement kiln comprising an alternative fuel gasification device, including: (a) a combustion reactor; (b) four or more plasma combustion means for supplying plasma to the combustion reactor; and (c) a fuel supply means connected to the upper portion of the combustion reactor and supplying waste plastics in the direction of the combustion reactor.
본 발명은 플라즈마 연소시스템을 이용하여 버려지는 폐플라스틱의 열분해를 통하여 가스화 및 연소시키는 것으로 시멘트 소성로에 부속된 예열탑에 추가적인 열원을 공급하여 연료 사용량을 저감할 수 있으며, 플라스틱 연소에 따른 유해가스 및 타르 발생 저감으로 연속적이고 경제적인 운영이 가능한 대체연료 가스화 연소 장치를 포함하는 시멘트 소성로에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 연소반응기; (b) 상기 연소반응기에 플라즈마를 공급하는 4개 이상의 플라즈마 연소수단; (c) 상기 연소반응기의 상반부에 연결되어 상기 연소반응기 방향으로 폐플라스틱을 공급하는 연료공급수단을 포함하는 대체연료 가스화 장치를 포함하는 시멘트 소성로를 제공한다.
