DOUBLE LAYED GLASS WINDOW WITH CERAMIC COATING
The present invention relates to a double-layered glass window with edges coated with ceramics, which comprises: a frame (10) which accommodates and supports the glass; first glass (20) accommodated in the frame and placed on an outdoor side; second glass (30) accommodated in the frame and placed in an indoor side; third glass (40) placed between the first glass and the second glass; a first interval rod (60) placed between the first glass and the third glass to keep the interval; a second interval rod (80) placed between the second glass and the third glass to keep the interval; a first sealant (70) and a second sealant (90) respectively placed between the first glass and the third glass and between the second glass and the third glass; a first ceramics coating (25) spread for a first width (t1) from an edge end on a surface of the first glass; and a third ceramics coating (45) spread for a third width (t3) from an edge end on a surface of the third glass. When viewed from the outside, due to the first ceramics coating (25) and the third ceramics coating (45), the separated interval between the first interval rod (60) and the second interval rod (80) comes to be not seen. According to the present invention, the double-layered glass is a hidden bar type of double-layered glass, which is an exposed type, but the double-layered glass is able to prevent the sealant from being corroded as the glass is exposed to visible rays or reflected heat. In addition, the phenomenon in which the interval rods are seen as several ones in the double-layered glass can be removed, thereby creating a beautiful image on the exterior.
본 발명은, 유리를 수용하여 지지하는 프레임(10); 상기 프레임에 수용되고, 실외측에 위치하는 제1유리(20); 상기 프레임에 수용되고, 실내측에 위치하는 제2유리(30); 상기 제1유리와 제2유리 사이에 위치하는 제3유리(40); 상기 제1유리와 제3유리 사이에 구비되어 간격을 유지하는 제1간봉(60); 상기 제2유리와 제3유리 사이에 구비되어 간격을 유지하는 제2간봉(80); 상기 제1유리와 제3유리 사이 및 상기 제2유리와 제3유리 사이에 각각 구비되는 제1실란트(70)와 제2실란트(90); 상기 제1유리의 표면에서 테두리 끝단으로부터 제1폭(t1) 만큼 도포되는 제1세라믹코팅(25); 및 상기 제3유리의 표면에서 테두리 끝단으로부터 제3폭(t3) 만큼 도포되는 제3세라믹코팅(45);을 포함하여, 외부에서 볼 때 상기 제1세라믹코팅(25)과 제3세라믹코팅(45)으로 인해, 상기 제1간봉(60)과 제2간봉(80) 사이의 분리된 간극이 보이지 않게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층유리를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 복층유리는, 상기 구성에 의해서 노출 타입인 히든바 타입의 복층유리이면서도 유리가 가시광선이나 반사 열기에 노출되어 실란트가 부식되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있고, 또한 복층유리에서 간봉이 여러 줄로 보이는 현상을 제거하여 외관상 수려한 이미지를 창출하는 유리한 효과가 발휘된다.
