Insulating gang form and construction method for wall concrete of building using insulating gang form
The present invention relates to an insulating gang form and a construction method for a wall of a building using the insulating gang form. According to the present invention, in an insulating gang form including an insulator for curing concrete for forming an outer wall of a building, the insulating gang form comprises: a surface plate which is apart from an inner formwork for a certain distance and which includes a first penetrating hole at each position corresponding to a sepa tie fixed on the inner formwork; a plurality of horizontal supporters extended horizontally from an upper surface of the surface plate to be apart from each other in a vertical direction; pairs of vertical supporters extended vertically from an upper side of the horizontal supporters and each of which is placed around each first penetrating hole; the insulator placed between the horizontal supporters in contact with the surface plate, having a second penetrating hole for each position corresponding to the first penetrating hole; and fixing clamps separably engaged with the vertical supporters and engaged with the sepa tie to keep a certain interval between the surface plate and the inner formwork. The fixing clamps include: a support plate coming in contact with an upper surface of each vertical supporter around the second penetrating hole; a tie bolt which respectively penetrates the support plate, the first penetrating hole, and the second penetrating hole to be engaged with the sepa tie; and a pressurizing means inserted into the tie bolt to pressurize the parts around the second penetrating hole of the insulator to come in close contact with the surface plate. The present invention aims to provide an insulating gang form and a construction method for a wall of a building using the insulating gang form, which are able to improve the watertight properties.
본 발명은 단열갱폼 및 단열갱폼을 이용한 건물벽체 시공방법으로서, 건축물의 외부벽체 형성용 콘크리트를 양생하기 위한 단열재가 마련된 단열갱폼에 있어서, 내부 거푸집과 일정간격 이격되어 있으며, 내부 거푸집에 고정설치되는 세파타이와 대응되는 위치마다 제1관통공이 형성되어 있는 면판; 상기 면판의 상면에 수평방향으로 연장설치되고 복수개가 수직방향으로 이격되어 배치되는 수평지지대; 상기 수평지지대의 상부에 수직방향으로 연장설치되고, 상기 제1관통공의 주변에 한 쌍씩 배치되는 수직지지대; 각각의 수평지지대 사이에 상기 면판에 접촉되어 배치되고 상기 제1관통공과 대응되는 위치마다 제2관통공이 형성되어있는 단열재; 및 상기 수직지지대에 분리가능하게 결합되고 상기 세파타이와 결합되어 면판과 내부 거푸집의 간격을 유지하게 하는 고정클램프를 포함하되, 상기 고정클램프는, 제2관통공 주변의 각각의 수직지지대의 상면에 접촉되는 지지판; 상기 지지판, 제1관통공 및 제2관통공을 각각 관통하여 상기 세파타이와 결합되는 타이볼트; 및 상기 타이볼트에 끼워지며 상기 단열재의 제2관통공 주변부를 상기 면판에 밀착되도록 가압하는 가압수단을 포함하는 단열갱폼 및 상기 단열갱폼을 이용한 건물벽체 시공방법에 대한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an insulating gang form and a construction method for a wall of a building using the insulating gang form. The present invention aims to provide an insulating gang form and a construction method for a wall of a building using the insulating gang form, which are able to improve the watertight properties.
