CONCRETE ROAD PAVING EQUIPMENT BY TEXTILE REINFORCED CONCRETE AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE ROAD PAVEMENT USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a textile reinforced concrete road pavement application device, which uses a textile reinforced concrete road pavement application device integrated to integrally and continuously proceed cutting of concrete, holding of a reinforcement material, and construction of a maintenance section, thereby minimizing input of construction equipment. Therefore, the present invention reduces a construction period to significantly reduce construction cost and applies a textile grid reinforcement material which is a non-corroded reinforcement material for forming the maintenance section of concrete road pavement to prevent the concrete from being separated due to corrosion. In addition, a textile reinforced grid can be precisely arranged at a demand position and thickness of primary and secondary concrete application are precisely constructed to improve construction precision, and a concrete road pavement maintenance method using the same.
콘크리트 절삭, 보강재 거치, 보수단면 시공을 일괄적이면서 연속적으로 진행할 수 있도록 통합된 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 도로포장 포설 장치를 이용함으로써 시공장비 투입을 최소화할 수 있고, 이에 따라, 시공기간을 단축시켜 시공비용을 크게 절감시킬 수 있고, 또한, 콘크리트 도로포장의 보수단면 형성을 위해 비부식 보강재인 텍스타일 그리드 보강재를 적용함으로써 부식으로 인해 콘크리트가 탈락하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 또한, 텍스타일 보강 그리드를 소요 위치에 정밀하게 배치할 수 있고, 1차 및 2차 콘크리트 타설 두께를 정밀하게 시공함으로써 시공 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있는, 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 도로포장 포설 장치 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 도로포장 보수 방법이 제공된다.
