The present invention relates to a soundproofing member and a gang form with a soundproofing member and, more specifically, to a gang form which can have an insulating member on the outer surface of a mold for constructing the wall of a building to preserve the heat of hydration generated by the hydration reaction between concrete and water, thereby ensuring the quality of concrete that is to be cured even in summer and winter, and can use a soundproofing member to prevent noise and dust, generated during the installation and removal of the mold, from being leaked to the outside, thereby preventing environmental pollutions and improving a working environment. A gang form (10) having a plurality of horizontal supports (12) fixed and installed at regular intervals on the outer surface of a plate (11) comprises: a plurality of member fixing means (20) installed at regular intervals on the plate (11) exposed between the horizontal supports (12); and an outer cover means (30) fitted to the member fixing means (20) to be attached and fixed to the plate (11). The outer cover means (30) is formed by one or two selected from an insulating member (31) and a soundproofing member (32). Each thereof has a bonding layer (B) on the back surface thereof and is attached to another member or the plate (11).
본 발명은 방음부재 및 단열부재를 구비한 갱폼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 벽체를 시공하기 위한 거푸집의 외부면에 단열부재를 구비하여, 콘크리트와 물의 수화반응으로 발생되는 수화열을 보존시켜 하절기 및 동절기에도 양생되는 콘크리트의 품질을 확보하고 방음부재를 이용해 거푸집의 설치 및 해제 작업시 발생되는 소음 및 먼지 등의 외부 유출을 방지하여 환경오염 방지 및 작업환경을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 플레이트판(11)의 외면에 일정간격을 두고 수평지지대(12)가 복수개 고정 설치된 갱폼(10)에 있어서; 상기 수평지지대(12) 사이로 노출된 플레이트판(11)에 복수개의 부재고정수단(20)이 일정간격을 두고 설치되고, 상기 부재고정수단(20)에 끼워져 플레이트판(11)에 부착 고정되는 외측커버수단(30)을 포함해 구성된다. 상기 외측커버수단(30)은, 단열부재(31), 방음부재(32) 중에서 어느 하나 또는 두 개를 선택하여 구성되며, 각각의 부재는 이면에 접착층(B)이 구비되어 다른 부재 또는 플레이트판(11)에 부착된다.
