Manufacturing Method of High Performance Water-tight Concrete Composition for Floor Finishing of Apartment Houses and Constructing Method of Concrete for Finishing Floors of Apartment Houses with it
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of high-performance watertight concrete composition for floor plastering of town house and a manufacturing method of plastering concrete for town house floor plastering using the high-performance watertight concrete composition manufactured by the same. The method mixes a binder for watertight concrete consisting of portland cement, blast furnace slag fine powder, fly ash, and expansion material, fine aggregate, 10-15 mm coarse aggregate, thickener to prevent material separation while securing fluidity, and polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water reducing agent in order to reduce cracks and vibration of high-performance watertight concrete for floor plastering using coarse aggregate, and in order to be acquired through a mixing ratio where a unit and a water-binding material ratio (W/B) are as small as possible within a range which satisfies a target performance of compressive strength of 30-50 MPa. Provided is the manufacturing method of high-performance watertight concrete composition for floor plastering of town houses, comprising a step of mixing 50 to 70 wt% of portland cement, 15 to 30 wt% of fine blast furnace slag powder, and 15 to 30 wt% of fly ash where the W/B is 24-45 wt%, 150-185 kg of water in unit quantity, 500-900 kg of fine aggregate for concrete, 500-990 kg of coarse aggregate, and a high-performance water reducing agent containing 2.0 to 5.0 wt% of a thickener therein. Also, provided is the method of plastering concrete for town house floor plastering using the high-performance waterproof concrete composition manufactured thereby. Accordingly, the construction quality is improved, carbon emissions are reduced and watertightness is ensured, the crack generation area is reduced, the finishing process is shortened, and the occurrence of defects is minimized.
본 발명은 조골재를 사용한 방통 용도로 고성능 수밀 콘크리트를 균열 및 진동의 저감을 위해 압축 강도 30~50 MPa의 목표 성능을 만족하는 범위 내에서 단위수량 및 물-결합재비(W/B)가 가능한한 적도록 적용되는 배합비를 통하여 얻을 수 있도록, 포틀란트 시멘트, 고로슬래그 미분말, 플라이 애쉬, 팽창재로 이루어지는 수밀 콘크리트용 결합재와, 잔골재, 10~15 mm 굵은 골재, 유동성을 확보하면서 재료분리를 방지하기 위한 증점제 및 폴리카르본산계 고성능 감수제를 배합하는 수밀콘크리트의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 포틀란트 시멘트 50~70 중량%, 고로슬래그 미분말 15~30 중량%, 플라이 애쉬 15~30 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 물-결합재비(W/B) 25~45 중량%의 방통 용도의 수밀 콘크리트용 결합재와, 단위 수량 150~185 Kg의 물, 콘크리트용 잔골재 500~900 Kg, 굵은 골재 500~990 Kg, 증점제를 내부에 2.0~5.0 중량% 포함한 고성능 감수제를 상기 포틀란트 시멘트에 대하여 0.5~2.5 중량% 혼합하는 방법으로 방통 용도의 고성능 수밀 콘크리트를 제조하는 공동주택 방바닥 마감을 위한 방통용 고성능 수밀 콘크리트 조성물의 제조 방법을 제공하며, 그리고 이와같이 제조된 방통용 고성능 수밀 콘크리트 조성물을 이용한 공동주택 방바닥 마감용 방통 콘크리트 시공 방법을 제공한다.
