The present invention is an underwater foundation structure that provides a foundation for offshore facilities installed in the sea, comprising: a structure body fixed in water to provide a space in which the offshore facility is supported; a base unit fixed to the bottom of the water while forming a lower portion of the structure body; and a support unit installed in the upper center of the base unit and providing support to which the offshore facilities are connected and supported, wherein the base unit controls the buoyancy of the structure body through inflow and outflow of ballast water therein.
본 발명은 해상에 설치되는 해상 시설물의 기초를 제공하는 수중기초 구조물로서, 수중에 고정되어 상기 해상 시설물이 지지되는 공간을 제공하는 구조물 본체; 상기 구조물 본체의 하부를 이루면서 수중의 바닥에 고정되는 베이스 유닛; 및 상기 베이스 유닛의 상부 중심부에 설치되며 상기 해상 시설물이 연결되어 지지되는 지지력을 제공하는 지지유닛;을 포함하고, 상기 베이스 유닛은, 내부에 평형수의 유출입을 통해서 상기 구조물 본체의 부력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
