The present invention relates to a temperature-controlled modular house and a temperature control method thereof, wherein a space is formed inside the internal and external structural materials and the temperature of the space is controlled to maintain the comfortable and appropriate indoor temperature. The temperature is primarily controlled through dry control and sequentially, and secondarily controlled through wet control, so that the efficiency of temperature control can be increased, and the water discharged from a discharge pipe can be selectively recovered into a cold water underground storage tank and utilized. If there is insufficient cold water in the cold water underground storage tank due to drought, etc., discharged water can be recycled without being thrown away.
본 발명은 온도 제어형 모듈러 주택 및 그 온도 제어형 모듈러 주택의 온도 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 내외 구조재 내부에 공간부를 형성하고, 그 공간부의 온도를 제어하여 실내 온도를 쾌적하고 적정하게 유지하도록 하되, 일차적으로 건식 제어를 통하여 온도를 제어하고, 이차적으로 습식 제어를 통하여 온도를 순차적으로 제어함으로써, 온도 제어 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 배출관에서 퇴수되는 물의 선택적으로 냉수 지하 저장탱크 안으로 회수하여 활용할 수 있는 기술로서, 가뭄 등으로 인하여 냉수 지하 저장탱크 안에 냉수가 부족한 경우, 퇴수되는 물을 버리지 않고 재활용할 수 있다.
