According to the present invention, disclosed is a tunnel mold cleaning apparatus including: a pair of driving modules comprising a guide rail combined onto rebars exposed from opposite sides of a tunnel mold, a guide chain combined with the guide rail, a driving gear coupled with the guide chain, an electric motor driving the driving gear, a driving frame having a bent shape, to which the electric motor is fixed, and a driving roller combined with the top of an inner side of the driving frame to come in contact with the bottom of the guide rail; a transverse-axis guide combined between the pair of driving modules, having a length changeable by multiple stages; a swing module comprising a rack gear formed apart from the top of the transverse-axis guide to be combined between the pair of driving modules, a pinion gear coupled with the rack gear, an electric motor driving the pinion gear, a swing frame fixed to the bottom of the electric motor, into which the transverse-axis guide is inserted, and a mounting platform formed in a front end part of the top of the swing frame with a brush mounted thereon; a pair of limit switches formed inside the driving frame to be opposed to each other; and a control part controlling the electric motor of the driving modules to repeat an operation of moving the swing module by a predetermined distance along the guide rail when the swing module comes in contact with the limit switches while swinging along the transverse-axis guide, such that cleaning work for a curved surface of the tunnel mold can be performed. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a tunnel mold from being deformed or deflected by its self-load.
본 발명은, 터널 거푸집의 양측면으로부터 노출된 철근 상에 결합되는 가이드레일과, 가이드레일에 결합된 가이드체인과, 가이드체인에 체결되는 주행기어와, 주행기어를 구동하는 전기모터와, 전기모터가 고정되고 절곡된 형상의 주행프레임과, 주행프레임 내측 상단에 결합되어 가이드레일의 하단에 접촉하는 주행롤러로 구성되는, 한 쌍의 주행모듈; 한 쌍의 주행모듈 사이에 결합되되, 다단으로 길이가 가변되는 횡축가이드; 횡축가이드 상단에 이격되어 형성되어 한 쌍의 주행모듈 사이에 결합된 레크기어와, 레크기어와 체결되는 피니언기어와, 피니언기어를 구동하는 전기모터와, 전기모터 하단에 고정되고 내측에 횡축가이드가 인입된 스윙프레임과, 스윙프레임 상단 전단부에 형성되어 브러시가 장착되는 장착대로 구성되는, 스윙모듈; 주행프레임의 내측에 대향하여 형성된 한 쌍의 리미트스위치; 및 스윙모듈이 횡축가이드를 따라 스윙하면서 리미트스위치와 접촉하면 주행모듈의 전기모터를 제어하여 가이드레일을 따라 일정거리 이동시키는 동작을 반복 수행하여, 터널 거푸집의 굴곡면에 대한 청소작업을 수행하도록 하는, 제어부;를 포함하는, 터널 거푸집 청소장치를 개시한다.

Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a tunnel mold from being deformed or deflected by its self-load.
