The present invention relates to a quick coupler with a safety device, which comprises: a body having a fixed hook integrally provided at one end and a movable hook rotatably installed at the other end; a pair of fixing pins engaged with the movable hook and the fixed hook, respectively; a driving unit installed on the body to couple any one of the pair of fixing pins to be engaged with the movable hook as the movable hook is rotated or release the coupling; a link unit connected to one end of the driving unit and rotated by a predetermined angle by the operation of the driving unit and moved by a predetermined interval; and the safety key which releases the engagement on the other fixing pin disposed on the fixed hook in accordance with the movement of the link unit when the body is positioned in a state in which the pair of fixing pins are inclined at an inclination at which free fall is not made by the weight of a bucket, and keeps the engagement on the other fixing pin disposed on the fixed hook when the body is positioned in a state in which the pair of fixing pins are inclined at an inclination at which the free fall is made by the weight of the bucket. The present invention can prevent a work tool from being separated from the quick coupler.
본 발명은 안전장치를 갖춘 퀵 커플러에 관한 것으로서, 일단에 고정후크가 일체로 구비되고, 타단에는 회전 가능하게 가동후크가 설치되는 본체; 상기 가동후크와 상기 고정후크에 각각 걸림되는 한 쌍의 고정 핀; 상기 본체에 설치되어 상기 가동후크를 회전시킴에 따라 상기 한 쌍의 고정 핀 중, 어느 하나의 고정 핀을 상기 가동후크에 걸림되게 결합시키거나 또는 걸림을 해제시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부의 일단과 연결되어 구동부의 작동에 의해 일정 각도만큼 회전이 이루어지면서 일정간격만큼 이동이 이루어지는 링크부; 및 상기 한 쌍의 고정 핀이 버킷의 자중에 의해 자유낙하가 이루어지지 않는 기울기로 기울어진 상태로 상기 본체가 위치된 경우, 상기 링크부의 이동에 따라 상기 고정후크에 배치된 다른 하나의 고정 핀에 대한 걸림을 해제하고, 상기 한 쌍의 고정 핀이 버킷의 자중에 의해 자유낙하가 이루어지는 기울기로 기울어진 상태로 상기 본체가 위치된 경우에는, 상기 고정후크에 배치된 다른 하나의 고정 핀에 대한 걸림이 유지되도록 하는 안전 키를 포함한다.
