The present invention relates to a rebar spacer, a deck plate, a manufacturing method of a rebar spacer, and a floor plate construction method using the same. The present invention is characterized by more simply constructing a floor plate by using a rebar spacer integrated with a deck plate while stably fixing rebars arranged on the deck plate, and improving the structural rigidity of the constructed floor plate. The floor plate construction method using the rebar spacer and the deck plate includes a step of disposing the rebar spacer on a groove of the deck plate and a step of connecting both ends of a horizontal bar of the rebar spacer to the deck plate by using screws.
본 발명은 데크 플레이트 상에 배치되는 철근이 안정적으로 고정시키는 동시에 데크 플레이트와 일체화되는 철근 간격 유지구를 이용함으로써, 보다 간편하게 바닥판을 시공할 수 있으며, 시공되는 바닥판의 구조적 견고성이 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근 간격 유지구, 데크 플레이트, 철근 간격 유지구의 제조 방법, 및 이들을 사용한 바닥판 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
