Abstract

The present invention relates to recycling of waste sulfuric acid and non-adhesive desulfurization slag. More specifically, the present invention provides cement comprising a neutralized gypsum composition for cement, and neutralized gypsum for cement thereby, wherein the composition comprises waste sulfuric acid and non-adhesive desulfurization slag, and the waste sulfuric acid and the non-adhesive desulfurization slag are mixed in a weight ratio of 0.7 : 1.0 to 1.3 to 1.0. According to the present invention, the desulfurization slag can be used as an environmentally friendly neutralizing agent when gypsum is manufactured with the desulfurization slag.
