The present invention relates to a foldable system pillar form and an installation/dismantlement method thereof for the purpose of facilitating installation, demolding and transportation by systematizing a plurality of molds for the construction of a pillar (a building, a bridge pier or the like), and also, facilitating the folding (installation, dismantlement) of a mold and preventing the deformation of a mold caused by concrete placement pressure. According to the present invention, the foldable system pillar form includes: a fixing side mold (10) formed with an internal space communicating with the outside; first and second folding side molds (20, 30) connected to both left and right sides of the fixing side mold respectively through a hinge (40) to form the space into a closed concrete placement space; a closed clamp (50) keeping free ends of the first and second folding side molds in contact with each other; first and second opening and closing operators (60, 70) opening or closing the folding side molds by rotating the same, being supported by the fixing side mold; and an angle keeping member combined with a connection part of the fixing side mold and the folding side molds to keep the fixture of the fixing side mold and the first and second folding side molds while enabling the opening and closing operators to adjust the angle of the first and second folding side molds by being separated from the fixing side mold and the first and second folding side molds in case of dismantlement.

본 발명은 절첩식 시스템 기둥 폼 및 그 설치와 해체 방법에 관한 것으로, 기둥(건축물, 교량의 교각 등)의 시공을 위한 다수의 거푸집을 시스템화하여 설치와 탈형 및 운반이 용이하며 또한 거푸집의 절첩(설치, 해체) 작업이 쉽고 콘크리트 타설압력으로 인한 거푸집의 변형도 막을 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 절첩식 시스템 기둥 폼은, 내부에 외부와 통하는 공간을 갖도록 형성되는 고정측 거푸집(10)과; 상기 고정측 거푸집의 좌우 양측에 각각 힌지(40) 연결되어 상기 공간을 폐쇄된 콘크리트의 타설공간으로 조성하는 제1,2절첩측 거푸집(20,30)과; 상기 제1,2절첩측 거푸집의 자유단부를 맞닿은 상태로 유지하는 폐합 클램프(50)와; 상기 고정측 거푸집을 지지기반으로 하여 상기 절첩측 거푸집을 회동식으로 개폐시키는 제1,2개폐 동작기(60,70)와; 상기 고정측 거푸집과 절첩측 거푸집의 연결부에 결합되어 상기 고정측 거푸집과 제1,2절첩측 거푸집의 고정을 유지하는 한편 해체 시 상기 고정측 거푸집과 제1,2절첩측 거푸집에서 분리되어 상기 개폐 동작기에 의한 상기 제1,2절첩측 거푸집의 각도 조정이 가능하도록 하는 각도유지부재를 포함한다.
