CLAMP FOR SCAFFOLD PIPES
The present invention relates to a clamp for coupling a horizontal material for a system support post. In regard to the clamp for coupling a horizontal material for a system support post including a first clamp member (1) and a second clamp member (2) of the same shape, wherein each of the first clamp members (1, 2), when combined with each other, forms a pipe-shaped body divided into two parts having a through hole (3) coming in tight contact with the outer surface of a horizontal material, one end thereof is connected by a hinge pin (4) to be rotatable, and the other end thereof is combined by a coupling bolt (5) to be dismantlable, at least one horizontal support part (6) extended outward in a radial direction and having a fixing hole (61) formed thereon is integrated with the outer surface of each of the first and second clamp members (1, 2) to combine and fix the first and second clamp members (1, 2) through the coupling bolt (5) in a state in which the first and second clamp members are placed on a vertical supporter (7) to be surrounded, and a coupling end part (81) of a horizontal material (8) is combined with the horizontal support part (6) through a wedge. Therefore, the present invention can bring about effects of improving work efficiency by enabling the horizontal material to be conveniently clamped, improving the safety of workers as well as reducing manufacturing costs due to a simple structure, and improving structural stability by fixing an end part of the horizontal material (8) tightly to the vertical supporter (7).
본 발명은 시스템동바리용 수평재 체결용 클램프에 관한 것으로, 제 1 클램프부재(1)와, 동일 형상의 제 2 클램프부재(2)를 포함하며, 상기 제 1, 2 클램프부재(1,2)들 각각은 서로 결합될 때 수평재의 외측면과 밀착되는 관통공(3)이 형성된 두개의 부분으로 분할된 형상의 관형체를 형성하고, 일단부는 힌지핀(4)으로 회동가능하게 연결되고, 타단부는 체결볼트(5)로 분해가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 된 시스템동바리용 수평재 체결용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 2 클램프부재(1,2)들 각각의 외측면에는 반경방향 외측으로 연장되고 고정홀(61)이 형성된 적어도 하나의 수평지지부(6)들이 일체로 형성되어, 수직서포터(7)에 제 1, 2 클램핑부재(1,2)들이 감싸도록 배치된 상태에서 체결볼트(5)로 결합하여 고정되며, 상기 수평지지부(6)에 수평재(8)를 체결단부(81)를 쐐기로 결합하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 수평재를 간편하게 클램핑할 수 있어 작업효율이 향상되며, 작업자의 안전성도 개선될 뿐만 아니라 간편한 구조로 제조비용을 저감시킬 수 있으며, 수평재(8)가 수직서포터(7)에 대하여 수평재의 단부가 밀착되어 고정됨으로써 구조적 안정성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a clamp for coupling a horizontal material for a system support post. In regard to the clamp for coupling a horizontal material for a system support post including a first clamp member (1) and a second clamp member (2) of the same shape, wherein each of the first clamp members (1, 2), when combined with each other, forms a pipe-shaped body divided into two parts having a through hole (3) coming in tight contact with the outer surface of a horizontal material, one end thereof is connected by a hinge pin (4) to be rotatable, and the other end thereof is combined by a coupling bolt (5) to be dismantlable, at least one horizontal support part (6) extended outward in a radial direction and having a fixing hole (61) formed thereon is integrated with the outer surface of each of the first and second clamp members (1, 2) to combine and fix the first and second clamp members (1, 2) through the coupling bolt (5) in a state in which the first and second clamp members are placed on a vertical supporter (7) to be surrounded, and a coupling end part (81) of a horizontal material (8) is combined with the horizontal support part (6) through a wedge. Therefore, the present invention can bring about effects of improving work efficiency by enabling the horizontal material to be conveniently clamped, improving the safety of workers as well as reducing manufacturing costs due to a simple structure, and improving structural stability by fixing an end part of the horizontal material (8) tightly to the vertical supporter (7).
본 발명은 시스템동바리용 수평재 체결용 클램프에 관한 것으로, 제 1 클램프부재(1)와, 동일 형상의 제 2 클램프부재(2)를 포함하며, 상기 제 1, 2 클램프부재(1,2)들 각각은 서로 결합될 때 수평재의 외측면과 밀착되는 관통공(3)이 형성된 두개의 부분으로 분할된 형상의 관형체를 형성하고, 일단부는 힌지핀(4)으로 회동가능하게 연결되고, 타단부는 체결볼트(5)로 분해가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 된 시스템동바리용 수평재 체결용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 2 클램프부재(1,2)들 각각의 외측면에는 반경방향 외측으로 연장되고 고정홀(61)이 형성된 적어도 하나의 수평지지부(6)들이 일체로 형성되어, 수직서포터(7)에 제 1, 2 클램핑부재(1,2)들이 감싸도록 배치된 상태에서 체결볼트(5)로 결합하여 고정되며, 상기 수평지지부(6)에 수평재(8)를 체결단부(81)를 쐐기로 결합하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 수평재를 간편하게 클램핑할 수 있어 작업효율이 향상되며, 작업자의 안전성도 개선될 뿐만 아니라 간편한 구조로 제조비용을 저감시킬 수 있으며, 수평재(8)가 수직서포터(7)에 대하여 수평재의 단부가 밀착되어 고정됨으로써 구조적 안정성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
