The present invention relates to a prefabricated steel frame assembly for a steel concrete composite member having a ferrocement mold, capable of providing a prefabricated steel frame assembly constituted by combining a ferrocement mold with an outer side of a transverse support member combining adjacent molding steel materials in a transverse direction, thereby minimizing onsite work due to the prefabrication of a mold while embodying a concrete surface as a final finishing surface to eliminate the risk of corrosion, and a steel concrete composite member construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the prefabricated steel frame assembly for a steel concrete composite member having a ferrocement mold comprises: a plurality of molding steel materials placed on contours of a member in a longitudinal direction of the member; a transverse support member combined with an outer part of the molding steel materials in a direction orthogonal to the molding steel materials; and a ferrocement mold combined with an outer side of the transverse support member.
본 발명은 이웃하는 주형강재를 횡방향으로 결합하는 횡지지부재의 외측에 페로시멘트 거푸집을 결합하여 구성되는 선조립 철골조립체를 제공함으로써, 거푸집의 선 제작으로 현장 작업을 최소화하면서 콘크리트 면을 최종 마감면으로 구현하여 부식 우려가 없는 페로시멘트 거푸집이 구비된 강콘크리트 합성 부재용 선조립 철골조립체 및 이를 이용한 강콘크리트 합성 부재의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 페로시멘트 거푸집이 구비된 강콘크리트 합성 부재용 선조립 철골조립체는 부재의 외곽에 부재의 길이 방향으로 배치되는 복수의 주형강재; 상기 주형강재의 외부에 주형강재와 직교하는 방향으로 결합되는 횡지지부재; 및 상기 횡지지부재의 외측에 결합되는 페로시멘트 거푸집; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
