-TYPED HOLLOW PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SIDE CONNECTION MEMBER
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a pi-shaped precast slab by using a lateral connection means, having a plurality of expanded polystyrene (EPS) unit blocks formed therein, while allowing the blocks to be stably connected with each other through a lateral connection means, thereby securing durability while bringing about an advantage for long-spanning. The pi-shaped precast slab, which can be used to manufacture an upper flange, a web, and a lower flange to be integrated as a pi-shaped cross section, includes: lateral connection spaces (S) formed on both sides successively in a longitudinal direction; and a lateral connection means formed to be exposed to the lateral connection spaces (S), and including a bent connection plate formed to be embedded horizontally in both end parts of the lower flange, and an exposure slope flange formed to be exposed to both the lateral connection spaces (S) by having one side bent upward to an upper side of both ends of the lower flange. The lateral connection means exposed to the lateral connection spaces (S) are manufactured to be integrated with each other in a transverse direction.
다수의 EPS 단위블록(Expanded Polystyrene Unit Block)이 내부에 형성되도록 하되, 측방연결수단을 이용하여 서로 안정적인 연결이 가능하여 내구성 확보가 가능하면서 장스팬화에 유리한 측방연결수단을 이용한 파이형 프리캐스트 슬래브 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 파이형 프리캐스트 슬래브는 상부플랜지, 복부 및 하부플랜지가 파이형 단면으로서, 일체로 제작되도록 하되, 양 측방에 종방향으로 연속으로 형성된 측방연결공간(S); 및 상기 측방연결공간(S)으로 노출되도록 형성된 것으로서, 하부플랜지 양 단부에 수평으로 매입되도록 형성된 절곡연결판과 상기 절곡연결판으로부터 하부플랜지 양 단부 상면으로 일측이 상방 절곡되어 양 측방연결공간(S)에 노출되도록 형성된 노출경사플랜지;를 포함하는 측방연결수단;을 포함하며, 상기 측방연결공간(S)에 노출된 측방연결수단을 서로 횡방향으로 일체화되도록 제작되도록 하게 된다.
