Disclosed is a ventilation device for a window. According to the present invention, the ventilation device installed between a wall and a window provided adjacent to the wall comprises: a housing disposed between the wall and the window; a fan module provided inside the housing and provided to allow outdoor air and indoor air to be introduced into the housing; a heat exchange module provided inside the housing and exchanging heat between the outdoor air and the indoor air introduced into the housing to supply the heat to an indoor space or to discharge the heat to an outdoor space; and at least one filter unit provided in the housing and provided to filter pollutants in the outdoor air introduced into the housing by the fan module or to adsorb moisture in the outdoor air.
창호용 환기 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 벽체와, 벽체와 인접하게 마련된 창호 사이에 설치되는 환기 장치에 있어서, 환기 장치는, 벽체와 창호 사이에 배치되는 하우징; 하우징의 내부에 마련되며, 하우징의 내부로 실외 공기와 실내 공기가 유입되도록 마련된 팬 모듈; 하우징의 내부에 마련되며, 하우징의 내부로 유입된 실외 공기와 실내 공기를 열 교환하여 실내로 공급하거나 실외로 배출하는 열 교환 모듈; 및 하우징에 마련되며, 팬 모듈에 의해 하우징으로 유입되는 실외 공기의 오염물질을 걸러주거나 실외 공기의 습기를 흡착하도록 마련된 적어도 하나의 필터부; 를 포함한다.
