According to the present invention, an independent panel for interlayer sound insulation includes: a main layer including a sound adsorption part made of a fiber mat, and an elastic support part of an elastic material placed in the sound adsorption part; an upper layer joined to an upper side of the main layer, and made of a soft waterproof material sheet; and a lower layer joined to the main layer, and made of a hard panel. According to the present invention, based the independent panel for interlayer sound insulation and a manufacturing method thereof and a construction method employing the same, the main layer includes both the fiber mat and the elastic material, thereby adsorbing an interlayer noise while having a vibration-damping effect, which can lead to a high sound insulation effect. Moreover, the present invention can prevent the sagging of the main layer through an elastic support part, an elastic panel and an elastic pillar of the main layer to secure a space for the fiber mat, which can lead to an enhanced effect and an improved structural stability. Moreover, a plurality of plate-shaped sound absorption members and a plurality of plate-shaped elastic support means are stacked, and then, are cut in a direction, in which the members and the means are stacked, to manufacture the main layer into a panel form, thereby improving the efficiency of manufacture through a convenient manufacturing method.
본 발명의 층간 차음용 단독 패널은 섬유매트로 구성되는 흡음부와, 상기 흡음부 내에 배치되는 탄성소재의 탄성지지부를 포함하는 주층; 상기 주층의 상면에 접합되며, 연질의 방수소재시트로 이루어진 상부층; 및 상기 주층의 하면에 접합되며, 경질의 패널로 이루어진 하부층을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 층간 차음용 단독 패널 및 그 제조방법과 이를 적용시킨 시공방법에 의하면, 주층에 섬유매트와 탄성소재가 함께 구비됨으로써, 층간소음을 흡수함과 동시에 제진효과를 가질 수 있어 높은 차음효과를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 주층의 탄성지지부, 탄성패널 및 탄성기둥에 의하여 주층의 처짐을 방지할 수 있어 섬유매트의 공간을 확보하여 효과를 증대시킬 수 있으며 구조적인 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 판형상의 복수개의 흡음부재와 판형상의 복수개의 탄성지지수단을 적층시킨 후, 적층된 방향을 따라 절단하여 주층을 패널형태로 제작함으로써, 제작방법이 간편하여 제조효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
According to the present invention, an independent panel for interlayer sound insulation includes: a main layer including a sound adsorption part made of a fiber mat, and an elastic support part of an elastic material placed in the sound adsorption part; an upper layer joined to an upper side of the main layer, and made of a soft waterproof material sheet; and a lower layer joined to the main layer, and made of a hard panel. 본 발명의 층간 차음용 단독 패널은 섬유매트로 구성되는 흡음부와, 상기 흡음부 내에 배치되는 탄성소재의 탄성지지부를 포함하는 주층; 상기 주층의 상면에 접합되며, 연질의 방수소재시트로 이루어진 상부층; 및 상기 주층의 하면에 접합되며, 경질의 패널로 이루어진 하부층을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 층간 차음용 단독 패널 및 그 제조방법과 이를 적용시킨 시공방법에 의하면, 주층에 섬유매트와 탄성소재가 함께 구비됨으로써, 층간소음을 흡수함과 동시에 제진효과를 가질 수 있어 높은 차음효과를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 주층의 탄성지지부, 탄성패널 및 탄성기둥에 의하여 주층의 처짐을 방지할 수 있어 섬유매트의 공간을 확보하여 효과를 증대시킬 수 있으며 구조적인 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 판형상의 복수개의 흡음부재와 판형상의 복수개의 탄성지지수단을 적층시킨 후, 적층된 방향을 따라 절단하여 주층을 패널형태로 제작함으로써, 제작방법이 간편하여 제조효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
