.MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOESS TILE SURFACE TREATED WITH THE GLAZE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing loess tiles, which comprises a step of applying a glaze composition to one side of a loess tile; and a step of firing the loess tile to a temperature of 700 to 900℃. The glaze composition is based on fritted glaze, titanium dioxide sol, loess, and expanded graphite. According to the present invention, surface porosity of the loess tiles does not reduced, thereby preventing deodorizing and moisture adjusting functions of the loess tiles from being reduced.
본 발명은 황토타일의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 황토타일의 일면에 유약 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 상기 황토타일을 700 내지 900℃의 온도로 소성처리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 유약 조성물은 프릿 유약(fritted glaze), 이산화티탄 졸, 황토 및 팽창흑연으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
