The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an integrated ceramic implant using a polymer insert, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an integrated ceramic implant using a polymer insert, in which after injection molding the ceramic implant, the polymer insert is removed by using the polymer insert made of a polymer material with a threaded groove part having a shape corresponding to a screw shape of the implant, and the integrated ceramic implant without a parting line is manufactured through a solvent degreasing step, a heat degreasing step and a sintering step.

본 발명은 폴리머 인서트를 이용한 일체형 세라믹 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 임플란트의 나사 형상과 대응되는 형상의 나사형 홈부가 형성된 폴리머 재질의 폴리머 인서트를 이용하여, 세라믹 재질의 임플란트를 사출 성형한 다음, 폴리머 인서트를 제거하고, 용매 탈지 단계, 가열 탈지 단계 및 소결 단계를 통해 파팅 라인이 형성되지 않는 일체형 세라믹 임플란트를 제조하는 폴리머 인서트를 이용한 일체형 세라믹 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
