A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INSULATION MATERIAL AND A FIRE PROOF DOOR USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat insulating filler for a fire door and a fire door using the same, and more particularly, to a heat insulating filler and a fire door using the same capable of significantly reducing the manufacturing cost by simplifying the manufacturing process and easily performing manufacture. The method for manufacturing a heat insulating filler for a fire door comprises: a step of preparing a first flame-retardant plate and a second flame-retardant plate (S1); a step of attaching a mineral wool panel to one surface of the first flame-retardant plate to which an inorganic adhesive is applied (S2); a step of forming a gap between heat insulating filler panels by sawing the mineral wool panel with a rotary saw, cutting the mineral wool panel at predetermined intervals, and separating the heat insulating filler panels in the longitudinal direction (S3); a step of bonding and fixing a flame-retardant strip having a width corresponding to the height of the mineral wool panel in the gap in the longitudinal direction (S4); a step of attaching one surface of the second flame-retardant plate to which an adhesive is applied to the upper side of the flame-retardant strip and the upper surface of the mineral wool panel (S5).
본원 발명은 방화문용 단열충진재의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 방화문에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 제작공정을 단순화하여 제조가 용이하여 제조단가를 현저하게 줄일 수 있는 단열충진재 및 이를 이용한 방화문에 관한 것이다. 제1난연판재 및 제2난연판재를 준비하는 단계(S1); 미네랄울 패널을 무기접착제가 도포된 상기 제1난연판재 일면에 접착하는 단계(S2); 상기 미네랄울 패널을 회전톱으로 켜서 소정간격 절단하여 단열충진재 패널을 길이방향으로 분리하여 각 단열충진재 패널 사이에 틈새를 형성하는 단계(S3); 상기 미네랄울 패널의 높이에 대응되는 폭을 가진 난연졸대의 틈새에 길이방향으로 접착하여 고정하는 단계(S4); 접착제가 도포된 제2난연판재의 일면을 상기 난연졸대의 상측과 상기 미네랄울 패널의 상면에 접착하는 단계(S5); 를 포함하는 방화문용 단열충진재를 제조하는 방법이다.
