The sound barrier is installed with a sliding door movable at the bottom of the sound barrier to facilitate maintenance of a fastening member at the outside when the fastening member that secures a prop of a sound barrier installed in a high-profile bridge or a place where maintenance vehicles such as a crane is difficult to access is relaxed. The present invention comprises a concrete foundation and a support.
