The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silicon nitride sintered body which comprises a step of thermally treating raw material powder which is prepared by mixing silicon nitride powder and an oxide-based sintering aid; and a step of sintering a resultant undergone the step of thermal treatment, wherein the resultant undergone the step of thermal treatment comprises 70 to 90 parts by weight of α-silicon nitride and 10 to 30 parts by weight of β-silicon nitride; and a silicon nitride sintered body manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, a silicon nitride sintered body having high intensity can be manufactured.
본 발명은 질화규소 분말과 산화물계 소결 조제를 혼합한 원료분말을 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 열처리하는 단계를 거친 결과물을 소결하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 열처리하는 단계를 거친 결과물은 α-질화규소 70 내지 90 중량부 및 β-질화규소 10 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 것인 질화규소 소결체의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 질화규소 소결체에 관한 것이다.
