The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus having a function of manually opening a door even when the door is in a door closing maintenance state. According to the present invention, the cooking apparatus comprises: a body having a cooking chamber in which food is cooked; a door rotatably installed on the body to open and close the cooking chamber; and a latch module provided in the main body to control opening and closing of the door. The latch module includes: a latch installed to rotate around on one end as an axis; an elastic body provided on one side of the latch and applying elasticity to the latch forcing the latch to rotate in one direction; a driving unit provided on one side of the elastic body and providing power to allow the latch to rotate in the other direction by overcoming the elastic force applied by the elastic body; a cam provided on one side of the driving unit and transmitting the power of the driving unit to the latch; and a lever bracket connecting one end and the latch and transmitting an external force to the latch so that the latch rotates by an external force. Accordingly, the cooking apparatus provides an advantage of facilitating manual opening of the door.
본 발명은 도어의 닫힘 유지상태에서도 수동으로 도어 개방이 가능한 기능을 구비한 조리기기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 조리기기는, 내부에는 음식물이 조리되는 조리실이 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 조리실을 개폐하는 도어와, 상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 도어의 개폐를 제어하는 래치모듈을 포함하는 구성을 가지며; 상기 래치모듈은, 일단을 축으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 래치와; 상기 래치의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 래치에 탄성을 가하여 일방향으로 회전하도록 강제하는 탄성체와; 상기 탄성체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 래치가 상기 탄성체에 의해 가해지는 탄성력을 극복하여 다른 방향으로 회전하도록 하는 동력을 제공하는 구동부와; 상기 구동부의 일측에 구비되며, 구동부의 동력을 상기 래치에 전달하는 캠과; 상기 래치에 일단이 연결되며, 상기 래치가 외력에 의해 회전하도록 외력을 래치에 전달하는 레버브라켓 등으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 도어의 수동 개방이 용이한 이점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus having a function of manually opening a door even when the door is in a door closing maintenance state.
