A Manufacturing method of facing member having sleeve for retaining wall
The present invention compresses and forms a facing member by filing concrete after inserting a sleeve for connecting strip type fiber reinforcement materials into a forming mold with steel bar together, thereby enabling efficient production without a large space and a facility for curing and reducing forming time as compared to a wet type forming method. A method of the present invention comprises: a step (S10) of mounting the sleeve (180) and reinforced steel (180) on a base plate (B) composed of a steel plate; a step (S20) mounting the forming mold (M) on the base plate (B); a step (S30) of injecting concrete (C) into the forming mold (M); a compression forming step (S40) by a press (P); and a step (S50) of removing the forming mold (M).
본 발명은 띠형 섬유보강재를 연결하기 위한 슬리브를 철근과 함께 성형틀 내부에 삽입한 후 콘크리트를 채워서 페이싱 부재를 압축성형함으로써 습식 성형법에 비해 성형시간의 단축 및 양생을 위한 설비와 넓은 공간이 없이도 효율적으로 생산이 가능하도록 한 것으로, 철판으로 이루어진 베이스판(B)에 슬리브(170)와 보강근(180)을 안착시키는 단계(S10)와; 상기 베이스판(B)위에 성형틀(M)을 안치하는 단계(S20)와; 상기 성형틀(M) 안에 콘크리트(C)를 주입하는 단계(S30)와; 프레스(P)에 의한 압축성형단계(S40)와; 성형틀(M)을 제거하는 단계(S50);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
