본 발명은 건축물 실내의 바닥재, 침대나 소파의 바닥재 등에 사용되는 타일과 CRC 보드에 발열 기능을 구비한 온열 바닥재와 이러한 온열 바닥재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 건축물 실내의 바닥재, 침대나 소파의 바닥재 등에 사용되는 타일 및 CRC 보드 등에 발열체 역할의 전도성 페인트, 전극 역할의 실버 페이스트 및 구리판 등을 일체식으로 구비하여 전원 공급과 함께 열을 발생시키는 새로운 타입의 온열 바닥재를 구현함으로써, 제조가 쉽고 경제적일 뿐만 아니라 시공성이 우수하며, 충분한 접속 면적이 확보로 접속 불량, 스파크 발생 등의 문제를 완전히 배제할 수 있는 등 제작성 및 기능성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 한편, 난방 효율 및 에너지 효율이 높고 전자파 등의 영향이 없어 환경 친화적인 온열 바닥재 및 제조방법을 제공한다.
