ONE-TOUCH TIE FOR GANG FORM
In accordance with the present disclosure, a one-touch tie for a gang form includes: a body part limiting an insertion position at one end of a tie part; a tightening guide part coupled with the body part, and having a tightening slope surface formed therein; a tightening part provided radially at an end of the body part to be rotatable to tighten one end of the tie part having passed therethrough while being pressed to the tightening slope surface; an elastic part having both ends supported to the body part opposed to a lower part of the tightening part to provide an elastic force to the tightening part; and a dislocation prevention part combined with a combination groove formed on the outer surface of the tightening part to prevent the dislocation of the tightening part. In accordance with the present invention, since connection with or separation from the tie part can be possible in a one-touch manner, the work can be easier and time for the work can be reduced. The dislocation prevention part prevents engaged protrusions provided in the tightening part from being dislocated or twisted. Through the elastic part having a two-stage structure, the top thereof can prevent the inclination of the tightening part, and the bottom thereof can provide an advancing force to the tightening part in a direction opposite to the insertion of the tie part, which can lead to an effect of making the work more efficient.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 갱폼용 원터치 타이는, 타이부 일단의 삽입 위치를 제한하는 본체부; 상기 본체부에 체결되며, 내부에 조임 경사면이 형성되는 조임 안내부; 상기 본체부의 단부에 이동 가능하게 방사상으로 구비되어 상기 조임 경사면에 가압되면서 내부를 통과한 타이부의 일단을 조여지게 하는 조임부; 상기 조임부의 하부와 이와 대항된 상기 본체부에 양단이 지지되어 상기 조임부에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부; 및 상기 조임부의 외면에 형성된 결합홈에 결합되어 상기 조임부들의 어긋남을 방지하는 어긋남 방지부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 원터치 방식에 의해 타이부와 연결 또는 분리가 가능하므로 작업 용이 및 작업 시간 단축이 가능하고, 어긋남 방지부에 의해 조임부에 구비된 물림돌기의 엇갈림이나 비틀어짐을 방지하며, 2단 구조의 탄성부를 통해 상단은 조임부의 기울임을 방지하게 하고, 하단은 타이부의 삽입 반대 방향으로 조임부들에 전진력을 제공하여 작업이 효율적인 효과가 있다.
