According to the present invention, disclosed is a commercial building structure capable of enabling a structure protruding forward from the constitution of a building to be lifted horizontally without being moved to cover an upper space of a parking lot formed on land in front of the building. The building structure comprises: first and second support members stood vertically onto a foundation of the ground; a slope support beam member comprising an extended support beam connected and fixed to the first support member, having the other end projected to be inclined toward the upper space of the land for parking, and a connection beam connecting the first and second support members extended from a fixed position of the support beam at an inclined angle; a tension bar member connected with the other end of the support beam member, the front end of the first support member, and the front end of the second support member to tense the support beam member such that the support beam member can be kept inclined; and a ceiling member having ventilation and projection windows provided on the support beam member and at the front end thereof to be lifted horizontally. Therefore, the present invention is capable of changing the beauty of a city with an aesthetic quality of a structure, facilitating the entry of vehicles through a pillar-less parking lot and protecting vehicles and users from snow, dust and rain.
본 발명은 건축물의 전면부지에 형성하는 주차장의 상부공간을 가리기 위해 건물자체의 구성에서 전방 으로 돌출시키는 구조물이 기동없이 수평하게 들려 있도록 하는 상업용 건축물 구조에 대하여 개시한다. 지면의 기초에 대하여 수직하게 세우는 제1지주부재와 제2지주부재; 상기 제1지주부재에 지지보가 연결 고정되며 지지보의 타단이 주차부지 상부공간을 향하여 경사지게 돌출되며 타단에 역경사방향으로 연장 지지보를 구비하고, 지지보의 고정위치에서 연장되는 경사각으로 제1지주부재와 제2지주부재를 연결하는 연결보로 이루어진 경사지지보부재; 상기 지지보부재의 타단과 상기 제1지지부재의 선단, 그리고 제1부 재의 선단과 제2지지부재의 선단과 연결되어 지지보부재를 경사지게 유지하도록 긴장시키는 텐션바부재; 상기 지지보부재와 그 선단에서 환기 및 투사창이 구비되어 수평하게 들려져 있는 천정부재로 이루어진 건축구조물로서 구조의 조형미로 도시미관을 바꾸고, 기둥없는 주차부지에 의해 차량의 진출입이 용이함 과, 눈과 비ㆍ먼지로부터 차량 및 사용자를 보호한다.
