The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a front block using a front block for a retaining wall and a method of constructing a retaining wall using a front block, wherein a second front block is formed by using a first front block with a plurality of ribs on one surface of a flat plate as formwork such that it is not necessary to use a large-sized steel formwork, a front block can be easily manufactured in the field, the front block can be manufactured without a restriction on the size of a member, and a finished surface can be freely formed. The method of manufacturing a front block using a front block for a retaining wall in accordance with the present invention is to manufacture a concrete front block installed on a front surface of soil to prevent the loss of soil on a back surface. The method of manufacturing a front block using a front block for a retaining wall is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a first front block so that a plurality of ribs are formed to protrude from one surface of a flat plate so as to be spaced apart from each other, and a concave part having a shape corresponding to the ribs is formed between the ribs; (b) positioning the first front block on a work surface so that the ribs of the first front block face upward, and installing an end header plate on the outer side of the first front block; (c) pouring concrete between and above the ribs of the first front block to manufacture a second front block in which the flat plate is formed on the plurality of ribs; and (d) lifting and separating the second front block from the first front block.
본 발명은 평판 일면에 복수의 리브가 구비된 제1전면블록을 거푸집으로 하여 제2전면블록을 형성함으로써, 대규모 강재 거푸집이 필요 없고 현장 제작이 용이하며 부재 크기에 제한 없이 제작 가능할 뿐 아니라 마감면 형성이 자유로운 옹벽용 전면블록을 이용한 전면블록 제작 방법 및 전면블록을 이용한 옹벽 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 옹벽용 전면블록을 이용한 전면블록 제작 방법은 배면의 토사 유실을 방지하기 위해 토사 전면에 설치되는 콘크리트 전면블록을 제작하기 위한 것으로, (a) 평판 일면에 복수의 리브가 상호 이격되도록 돌출 형성되어 리브의 사이에 리브와 대응되는 형상의 요홈부가 형성되도록 제1전면블록을 제작하는 단계; (b) 상기 제1전면블록의 리브가 상부를 향하도록 제1전면블록을 작업 면에 위치시키고, 제1전면블록의 외측에 마구리판을 설치하는 단계; (c) 상기 제1전면블록의 리브 사이 및 상부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 복수의 리브 상부에 평판이 형성된 제2전면블록을 제작하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 제1전면블록에서 제2전면블록을 양중하여 분리하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
