The present invention relates to a scaffolding device for tube inspection. The scaffolding device for tube inspections comprises: a first footrest inserted into the furnace of a boiler to support a user, and having a plurality of first connection parts having screw grooves formed on rear sides thereof; and a plurality of second footrests inserted into the furnace of the boiler to support the user, having front connection parts having screw threads coupled to the first footrest, and having rear connection parts provided in a direction opposite to the front connection parts and having screw groove formed thereon. The front connection parts have a cylindrical shape, have the screw threads formed at ends of the outer circumferential surfaces thereof, and have gear teeth formed at the other ends of the outer circumferential surface thereof. The second footrests further include a driving unit engaged with the gear teeth of the front connection parts to move the front connection parts forward or backward in a straight direction. The driving unit includes a worm gear. When the scaffolding device is inserted from the outside of a manhole to the inside, the first footrest and the second footrests are automatically coupled and connected, so that it is not required to manually connect a plurality of footrests. Therefore, workability can be increased, and working hours can be reduced.
본 발명의 튜브 점검용 발판 장치는 보일러의 노내로 삽입되어 사용자를 지지하며, 후방 측에 나사홈이 형성된 복수의 제1 연결부를 갖는 제1 발판; 및 보일러의 노내로 삽입되어 사용자를 지지하며, 상기 제1 발판에 결합되는 나사산이 형성된 전방 연결부와, 상기 전방 연결부에 대향되는 방향에 구비되고 나사홈이 형성된 후방 연결부를 갖는 복수의 제2 발판을 포함하고, 상기 전방 연결부는 원통 형상이고, 외주면의 일단에 상기 나사산이 형성되고 외주면의 타단에 기어 이가 형성되며, 상기 제2 발판은 상기 전방 연결부의 상기 기어 이에 치형 결합되어 상기 전방 연결부를 직선 방향으로 전진 또는 후진시키는 구동부를 더 포함하고, 상기 구동부는 웜기어를 포함한다. 맨홀 밖에서 안쪽으로 발판 장치를 삽입할 때 자동으로 제1 발판과 제2 발판이 결합되어 연결되므로 수작업으로 복수의 발판을 연결할 필요가 없어 작업성이 향상되고 작업 시간이 단축되는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a scaffolding device for tube inspection.
