The present invention proposes a wooden deck having a structure which is easy to install and construct. In accordance with the present invention, a fastening member (30) is used to fix a plurality of wooden boards (20) to a basic rail (10). The fastening member (30) of the present invention comprises: a pair of horizontal fastening portions (32), respectively inserted into fastening grooves (22) of adjacent wooden boards; vertical extension portions (34) extending downward from the inside of the horizontal fastening portions (32) and having a fixed interval; an inclined portion (36) formed to protrude outward from a lower portion of the vertical extension portion (34); and a lower end portion (38) formed as one at a lower end portion of the inclined portion (36). In addition, a plurality of fastening holes (18) are formed at regular intervals in the basic rail (10) so that the inclined portion (36) formed at the lower end portion of the fastening member (30) is inserted therein to be caught. In addition, a wedge (40) is inserted between the vertical extension portions (34) of the fastening member (30) to maintain the inserted state of the fastening member into the fastening hole (18) of the basic rail (10).
본 발명은 설치 및 시공이 간편한 구조를 가지는 목재 데크를 제안한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 다수의 나무판(20)을 베이직레일(10)에 고정하기 위하여 체결부재(30)를 사용한다. 본 발명 체결부재(30)는, 인접하는 나무판의 체결홈(22)에 각각 삽입되는 한 쌍의 가로체결부(32)와, 상기 가로체결부(32)의 내측에서 하방으로 연장되고 일정한 간격을 가지는 가지는 세로연장부(34), 세로연장부(34)의 하부에서 외측으로 돌출되도록 성형되는 경사부(36), 그리고 경사부(36)의 하단부에서 하나로 형성되는 하단부(38)를 구비하고 있다. 그리고 베이직레일(10)에는 체결부재(30)의 하단부에 형성된 경사부(36)가 삽입되어 걸리는 체결공(18)이 일정 간격으로 다수 성형되어 있다. 그리고 쐐기(40)는 체결부재(30)의 세로연장부(34) 사이에 삽입되어, 체결부재를 베이직레일(10)의 체결공(18)에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킨다.
The present invention proposes a wooden deck having a structure which is easy to install and construct. In accordance with the present invention, a fastening member (30) is used to fix a plurality of wooden boards (20) to a basic rail (10). The fastening member (30) of the present invention comprises: a pair of horizontal fastening portions (32), respectively inserted into fastening grooves (22) of adjacent wooden boards; vertical extension portions (34) extending downward from the inside of the horizontal fastening portions (32) and having a fixed interval; an inclined portion (36) formed to protrude outward from a lower portion of the vertical extension portion (34); and a lower end portion (38) formed as one at a lower end portion of the inclined portion (36).
