VIBRATING BUCKET OF EXCAVATOR FOR DIGGING AND PRESSING
The present invention relates to a combined compacting and excavating vibration bucket of an excavator, which is connected to the breaker end of the excavator to excavate the ground or to enable compaction of the ground. The combined compacting and excavating vibration bucket comprises: a vibration bucket chisel connected to a piston installed inside a bracket for forming the exterior of a breaker to be able to linearly reciprocate, and linearly reciprocating; and a vibration bucket part including an extension cover connected to an end of the vibration bucket chisel to contact the ground so that the ground is substantially excavated or compacted, and inserted and connected to the outer surface of the vibration bucket chisel, and a bucket member provided at a lower end of the extension cover, integral with the extension cover, having an inner space formed by one open side so that the excavated ground is accommodated, and having a flat lower surface so that the ground is compacted. While the breaker of a conventional excavator is used as it is, the combined compacting and excavating vibration bucket can be installed on the excavator, thereby increasing compatibility, and enables excavation and compaction of the ground using one vibration bucket, thereby enabling accurate and quick work.
본 발명은 굴착기의 브레이커 단부에 연결되어 지반을 굴착하거나 혹은 지반의 다짐 작업이 가능하도록 하는 굴착기의 다짐 및 굴착 겸용 진동 버켓으로서, 상기 브레이커의 외형을 형성하는 브라켓의 내부에 직선 왕복 운동 가능하게 설치되는 피스톤과 연결되어 직선 왕복 운동하는 진동 버켓 노미와; 상기 진동 버켓 노미의 단부에 연결되어 상기 지반과 접촉되어 실질적으로 상기 지반을 굴착하거나 혹은 다짐 작업이 이루어지도록 상기 진동 버켓 노미의 외면에 삽입되어 연결되는 연장커버와, 상기 연장커버의 하단에 상기 연장커버와 일체로 형성되며 일측면이 개구 형성된 내부공간이 형성되어 굴착된 지반이 수용되도록 하고 하면이 평탄하게 형성되어 상기 지반의 다짐 작업이 이루어지도록 하는 버켓부재로 이루어진 진동 버켓부를; 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 굴착기의 다짐 및 굴착 겸용 진동 버켓을 제시함으로써, 종래 굴착기의 브레이커를 그대로 이용하면서 지반의 굴착과 다짐 작업 겸용이 가능한 진동버켓을 굴착기에 설치 가능하도록 함으로써 호환성을 높일 수 있도록 하고, 지반의 굴착 작업과 다짐 작업이 하나의 진동버켓으로 가능하도록 함으로써 정확하고 신속한 작업이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.
