Connecting apparatus and manufacturing method for assembly concrete pole
The present invention relates to a connection device for a prefabricated concrete pole, capable of improving the productivity of a plurality of poles by curing and producing the poles during a procedure of a first mold using a mold member. More specifically, the connection device includes: a combination member formed into a disc shape having a predetermined diameter while having a combination hole bored in a center part of the diameters, and having a plurality of first through holes bored in a radial form around the combination hole, through which a steel wire is inserted; an insertion member formed into a disc shape having a predetermined diameter to be placed opposite the combination member, while having an insertion column projected from a center part of the diameter to be inserted into the combination hole in a matched shape, and having a plurality of second through holes bored in a radial form around the insertion column, through which the steel wire is inserted; a clamp comprising two separable parts fixing a joint part of the combination member and the insertion member with pressure such that the members are not separated in a state in which the insertion column is inserted in the combination hole; and a flange formed into a disc shape having a predetermined diameter, while having hollow parts bored in a center part of the diameter to be combined with the combination member and the insertion member respectively, and provided to connect a pair of poles with each other by combining the insertion member and the combination member with each other through a coupling means after the separation of the clamp.
본 발명은 금형부재를 이용한 1몰드의 과정에서 복수의 전주를 양생 및 생산하여 해당 전주의 생산성 향상을 가져올 수 있는 조립형 콘크리트 전주의 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 소정 지름을 갖는 원판의 형상으로 이루어지되 지름 중앙부에는 결합공이 천공 형성되며, 상기 결합공을 중심으로 강선이 관통 삽입되는 방사형태의 제1관통공이 다수 천공형성된 결합부재와, 소정 지름을 갖는 원판 형상으로 이루어져 상기 결합부재와 서로 마주보게 배치되되 그 지름 중앙부에는 상기 결합공에 형상맞춤으로 삽입되는 삽입기둥이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 삽입기둥을 중심으로 상기 강선이 관통 삽입되는 방사형태의 제2관통공이 천공형성된 삽입부재와, 상기 결합공에 상기 삽입기둥이 삽입된 상태에서 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재의 이음부가 분리되지 않게 가압에 의해 고정시키는 분리가능한 두 분체로 이루어진 클램프 및 소정 지름을 갖는 원판 형상으로 이루어지되 그 지름 중앙부에는 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재에 각각 결합하기 위한 중공부가 천공형성되며, 상기 클램프가 분리된 이후에 체결수단을 통해 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재가 서로 결합하여 한 쌍의 전주가 서로 연결될 수 있도록 구비되는 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a connection device for a prefabricated concrete pole, capable of improving the productivity of a plurality of poles by curing and producing the poles during a procedure of a first mold using a mold member. 본 발명은 금형부재를 이용한 1몰드의 과정에서 복수의 전주를 양생 및 생산하여 해당 전주의 생산성 향상을 가져올 수 있는 조립형 콘크리트 전주의 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 소정 지름을 갖는 원판의 형상으로 이루어지되 지름 중앙부에는 결합공이 천공 형성되며, 상기 결합공을 중심으로 강선이 관통 삽입되는 방사형태의 제1관통공이 다수 천공형성된 결합부재와, 소정 지름을 갖는 원판 형상으로 이루어져 상기 결합부재와 서로 마주보게 배치되되 그 지름 중앙부에는 상기 결합공에 형상맞춤으로 삽입되는 삽입기둥이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 삽입기둥을 중심으로 상기 강선이 관통 삽입되는 방사형태의 제2관통공이 천공형성된 삽입부재와, 상기 결합공에 상기 삽입기둥이 삽입된 상태에서 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재의 이음부가 분리되지 않게 가압에 의해 고정시키는 분리가능한 두 분체로 이루어진 클램프 및 소정 지름을 갖는 원판 형상으로 이루어지되 그 지름 중앙부에는 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재에 각각 결합하기 위한 중공부가 천공형성되며, 상기 클램프가 분리된 이후에 체결수단을 통해 상기 결합부재와 상기 삽입부재가 서로 결합하여 한 쌍의 전주가 서로 연결될 수 있도록 구비되는 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
