Floor structure panel for perventing noise between floors with Multi floating floor structure
The present invention relates to a floor structure panel for preventing inter-floor noise with a multi-floating floor structure and, more specifically, to a floor structure panel for preventing inter-floor noise formed by sequentially stacking layer separation plates, gap maintaining bodies and an upper support plate, wherein the layer separation plate has coupling holes formed at regular intervals, the gap maintaining body has fitting recesses on the side surface to be fitted into the coupling holes of the layer separation plates while having a plurality of the fitting recesses vertically formed such that a plurality of the layer separation plates are fitted thereto in multiple layers to maintain a gap, and the upper support plate is seated on the upper surfaces of the gap maintaining bodies. In particular, the present invention relates to a floor structure panel for preventing inter-floor noise, allowing the gap maintaining bodies, made of rubber, to absorb, attenuate and remove heavyweight vibration noise transmitted from the upper part in multiple stages, and to attenuate lightweight noise by means of sound reflection generated when the lightweight noise passes different media by upper and lower double air layers between the layer separation plates and the gap maintaining bodies, thereby minimizing the inter-layer noise by multi-stage noise attenuation in a simplified configuration.
본 발명은 다중 뜬바닥 구조를 갖는 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 일정간격으로 결합공이 형성된 층분리판과, 상기 층분리판의 결합공에 삽입되어 끼워지도록 측면에 끼움홈이 형성되되 상기 끼움홈을 수직으로 다수 형성하여 다수의 층분리판을 다층으로 끼워 간격을 유지시키는 간격유지체와, 상기 간격유지체의 상부면에 안치되는 상부지지판을 순차적으로 적층하여 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재를 구성한 것이다. 특히 상부에서 전달되는 중량진동소음은 고무재질의 간격유지체에서 다단으로 흡수 및 상쇄시켜 제거하고, 경량소음은 층분리판과 간격유지체 사이의 상하 이중 공기층에 의해 서로 다른 매질통과시 발생되는 음반사에 의해 소음을 상쇄시키는 등 구성을 간단하게 하면서도 다단에 의한 소음감쇄로 층간소음을 최소화할 수 있는 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 다중 뜬바닥 구조를 갖는 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 일정간격으로 결합공이 형성된 층분리판과, 상기 층분리판의 결합공에 삽입되어 끼워지도록 측면에 끼움홈이 형성되되 상기 끼움홈을 수직으로 다수 형성하여 다수의 층분리판을 다층으로 끼워 간격을 유지시키는 간격유지체와, 상기 간격유지체의 상부면에 안치되는 상부지지판을 순차적으로 적층하여 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재를 구성한 것이다. 특히 상부에서 전달되는 중량진동소음은 고무재질의 간격유지체에서 다단으로 흡수 및 상쇄시켜 제거하고, 경량소음은 층분리판과 간격유지체 사이의 상하 이중 공기층에 의해 서로 다른 매질통과시 발생되는 음반사에 의해 소음을 상쇄시키는 등 구성을 간단하게 하면서도 다단에 의한 소음감쇄로 층간소음을 최소화할 수 있는 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것이다.
