The present invention relates to an insulation composite panel containing wood and a manufacturing method of the insulation composite panel. The insulation composite panel comprises: an insulation board made of insulator; a wood board made of wood and having grid-shaped grooves on one surface; and a nonflammable board made of nonflammable materials with an excellent strength. The wood board is attached to both surfaces of the insulation board by an adhesive. Both surfaces allow the grooves of the wood board to be exposed. The adhesive is spread on each wood board on both sides, and the nonflammable board is attached, thereby manufacturing an integrated structure of insulation composite panel. If the insulation composite panel is used for traditional Korean houses, walls, interior materials, exterior materials, doors, partitions, prefabricated buildings, or the like, the wood board with the grooves can increase the attachment to the nonflammable board, the insulation board can provide an excellent insulation, and the nonflammable board can provide excellent fire resistance, durability, and strength.
본 발명은 목재가 포함된 단열복합패널 및 그 단열복합패널의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 단열재로 구성하는 단열보드, 목재 재질이면서, 일면에 격자 구조의 홈이 형성된 목재보드, 강도가 우수한 불연성 재질의 불연성보드가 구비되어, 단열보드 양면에 접착제로 목재보드를 부착하여, 각 양면이 목재보드의 홈이 드러나도록 하고, 양쪽의 각 목재보드에 접착제를 도포하고, 불연성보드를 부착하여 일체화한 구조의 단열복합패널이 제조되어, 이러한 단열복합패널를 한옥, 벽체, 내?외장재, 문, 칸막이, 조립식 건물 등에 사용함에 따라, 홈이 형성된 목재보드에 의해 불연성보드와의 부착성을 높이고, 단열보드에 의해 단열성이 우수하며, 불연성보드에 의해 내화성과, 내구성, 및 강도가 우수한 것이다.
