Decoration concrete paving method
The present invention is a pavement method for paving a road using concrete, comprising: an aggregate selection step of selecting aggregates of a set size for the mixing of concrete; a mixing step of mixing the aggregates selected through the aggregate selection step with cement; an aggregate separation step of separating aggregates of a set size through a physicochemical method from among the aggregates mixed through the mixing step; and a finishing step of plastering and finishing the outer surface of the concrete paved through the aggregate separation step. An object of the present invention is to provide a decoration concrete pavement method in which the stress concentration is significantly lowered compared to a conventional vertical joint part that is vertically processed, and the joint part and the edge part are firmly formed by elaborate plastering finishing of a curved surface.
본 발명은 콘크리트를 이용하여 도로를 포장하는 포장공법으로서, 콘크리트의 배합을 위해서 설정된 크기의 골재를 선별하는 골재선별단계; 상기 골재선별단계를 통해서 선별된 골재들을 시멘트와 배합하는 배합단계; 상기 배합단계를 거쳐서 배합된 골재들 중에서 물리 화학적인 방법을 통해서 설정된 크기의 골재를 분리하는 골재분리단계; 및 상기 골재분리단계를 거쳐서 포장된 콘크리트의 외면을 미장하여 마감하는 마감단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
