The present invention relates to a strap for a textile geogrid, and more specifically, a polymer strap for a textile geogrid used for a warp rib or a weft rib for configuring a geogrid used for reinforcing soil during civil construction and stitched by a fixing thread after compressed into a strap shape by compressing a base body after forming the base body having a tube shape to improve physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, and frictional force, and a manufacturing method thereof. The strap for a textile geogrid compresses the base body manufactured in the tube shape or a rectangular shape to be deformed into the strap shape having predetermined width, and then, enables the strap to be stitched by the fixing thread and enables the stitched base material to have a coating layer.
본 발명은 텍스타일 지오그리드용 띠에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 토목공사를 실시할 때 토양을 보강하기 위하여 사용되는 지오그리드를 구성함에 있어서 경사리브 또는 위사리브로 사용되는 띠로서 튜브형태를 갖는 기본몸체를 형성시킨 후 기본몸체 가압하여 띠형으로 변형시킨 후 고정실로 박음질하여 인장력, 신율, 마찰력증대 등 각종 물성을 향상시킨 텍스타일 지오그리드용 폴리머 띠 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 텍스타일 지오그리드용 띠에 있어서, 튜브형태 또는 직사각 형태로 제직된 기본몸체를 가압하여 일정한 폭을 갖는 띠형으로 변형시킨 후 고정실로 박음질하고 상기 박음질된 기본몸체를 코팅층을 형성시킨 것에 그 특징이 있다.
