Honeycomb core capsule for multi-panels
A honeycomb core capsule for composite panels of the present invention enables composite panels for various uses to be manufactured by filling the capsule with gas, liquid, and solid materials or the like and completely sealing the same. For a composite panel with improved soundproof/sound-absorbing and insulation effects, the honeycomb core capsule may be filled with nitrogen. In addition, by filling the capsule with a phase change material that can store and emit heat or cold, a composite panel applicable to interior/exterior materials or walls of a building can be manufactured. The honeycomb core capsule of the present invention can use existing recycled aluminum and also can be easily manufactured in the existing aluminum can manufacturing process.
본 발명의 복합패널용 하니콤코아 캡슐은 캡슐 내부에 기체나, 액체, 고체형태의 물질 등을 충진하고 완전 밀봉 함으로서, 다양한 용도의 복합패널을 제작할 수 있다. 방음/흡음 및 단열효과를 증진된 복합패널의 경우, 상기 하니콤코아 캡슐에 질소를 충진할 수 있다. 또한, 열이나 냉기를 저장하고 방출할 수 있는 상변화물질을 충진 함으로서 건축물의 내,외장용이나 벽체 등에 적용할 수 있는 복합패널을 제작할 수 있다. 본 발명의 복합패널용 하니콤코아 캡슐은 기존의 재활용 알루미늄을 사용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 기존의 알루미늄캔 제조공정에서 쉽게 생산할 수 있다.
